Taylor Bischof has a solid background in mechanical engineering and reliability engineering, holding a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University. Taylor began professional experience as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Signature Research Inc, progressing to a similar role at Barrick Gold Corporation. Subsequent positions included serving as a Reliability Engineer at Nevada Gold Mines from January 2019 to January 2022 and currently as Section Manager Mine Maintenance Planning at Cleveland-Cliffs since January 2022.
