Paulo Blanc serves as the Director of Supply Chain Integration at Cleveland-Cliffs Inc since December 2020. Previously, Paulo held various roles at ArcelorMittal from July 2000 to December 2020, including Internal Audit Manager, where responsibilities included leading audit services across U.S. operations and managing significant projects that generated over $30 million in recommendations. Paulo also played a crucial role in transforming the audit function through the implementation of Agile methodologies, Robotic Process Automation, and Big Data solutions. In earlier positions, Paulo managed IT audits, regional cyber-security audits, and oversaw IT and SAP ERP project teams in multiple countries. Additionally, Paulo holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais.
