Mike O'Leary possesses extensive experience in industrial operations and warehouse management, currently serving as an Industrial Water Treatment Operator and Industrial Crane Leader at Cleveland-Cliffs since October 2015. Previously, Mike held various roles at Safeguard Properties, including general office duties from October 2009 to October 2015. Prior to that, Mike worked at ClarkWestern Building Systems, Inc. as a Materials Testing Specialist and Assistant Warehouse Supervisor, focusing on inventory management and material testing. Starting in June 1995 and continuing until November 2003, Mike served as Warehouse/Shipping Supervisor at Deceuninck N.A./Dayton Technologies, overseeing freight scheduling and team management in a non-unionized setting. Mike's education includes a Business diploma from Middletown - Madison High School completed in 1986.
