Kim Floriani has over a decade of progressive experience in accounting and finance, currently serving as the Senior Vice President, Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer at Cleveland-Cliffs since August 2010. Responsibilities include managing the preparation and timely filing of SEC reports, including 10-Q and 10-K filings, as well as drafting financial statements and related disclosures. Prior roles at Cleveland-Cliffs include Vice President, Corporate Controller, Chief Accounting Officer, Director of Accounting and Reporting, and Financial Reporting Manager. Earlier in the career, Kim held positions such as Senior Accountant at Grant Thornton and Assurance Senior at Advantium, Inc. Educational qualifications include a Masters of Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting and a Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration, both from Baldwin Wallace University.
