Dustin Lukes is a supply chain professional with extensive experience in operations planning and project leadership. Currently serving as the Supply Chain Project Lead at Cleveland-Cliffs since January 2020, Dustin is responsible for the development of a new manufacturing execution system to meet future supply chain requirements, including the implementation of a daily and weekly flow planning MES tool at Burns Harbor. Prior to this role, Dustin was with ArcelorMittal for over twelve years, where responsibilities included developing forecasts to balance customer demands with production capacity and managing a team of analysts. Earlier career roles included positions as a Planning Analyst at Renaissance Rentals and as a Manager at Abodes. Dustin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management and Supervision from Indiana University Bloomington.
