Brad Schneider is an experienced maintenance management professional currently serving as the Maintenance Section Manager for Cold Mill/Picklers at Cleveland-Cliffs since July 2020. Schneider oversees all maintenance operations at the Middletown Works Cold Strip Mill department and manages department budgeting, outage planning, and capital projects. Prior to this role, Schneider held various positions at AK Steel Corporation, including Process Specialist in Steelmaking and Maintenance Section Manager for the Cokemaking facility. Schneider's extensive background also includes maintenance leadership roles at Quebecor World and a decade of service in the US Navy, where responsibilities included recruitment and technical system management. Schneider holds a Master of Science degree in Management, a Bachelor's degree in Management, and an Associate of Science degree in Business, along with a Certificate of Completion in Basic and Advanced Electronics.
