Sidharth Sankh has worked in the IT industry since 2012, when they began their career as a Business Development Manager at Cliffex LLC. In this role, they specialized in mobile applications and web development, and helped the company form partnerships with Broker Genius and Jarla Group. In 2017, Sidharth Sankh founded Get Set Run.

Sidharth Sankh obtained their MBA in IT from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology - SMU in 2012. Prior to that, they studied Fine Art at Delhi University from 2009 to 2010. Sidharth also obtained their Commerce degree in Accounts, Statistic, and Economics from Utkal University from 2002 to 2004. In December 2020, they obtained a certification in Stanford GSB Design Thinking from Stanford GSB Executive Education.
