Elizabeth Hamm has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Elizabeth currently works as the Director of Marketing Operations at Clif Bar & Company since January 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of the Technology Program Management Office at the same company from February 2021 to February 2022. Before joining Clif Bar & Company, Elizabeth worked as a Program Manager in the Enterprise Strategy Group from July 2019 to February 2021. Elizabeth also served as a Change Manager for Process and Systems Improvement from May 2018 to July 2019.

Before their time at Clif Bar & Company, Elizabeth worked at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, where they held multiple roles. Elizabeth worked as an Enterprise Continuous Improvement specialist from May 2015 to May 2018. Additionally, they worked as a Change Leadership Graduate Intern from January 2015 to March 2016, supporting the Enterprise Change Department.

Elizabeth also has experience in event management. Elizabeth worked as an Events Manager at Squaw Village Neighborhood Company from January 2007 to October 2010. During this time, they successfully built partnerships with local and national charities, leading to increased event revenues and donations. Elizabeth also briefly served as the Interim Executive Director while maintaining their role as Events Manager from January 2009 to June 2009.

Lastly, Elizabeth has experience as a Mountain Guide at Alaska Alpine Adventures from April 2003 to October 2005.

Elizabeth Hamm attended St. Francis Catholic High School. Elizabeth went on to obtain a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management from San Francisco State University in 2014. In 2015, Elizabeth pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Sustainability from the Lam Family College of Business at San Francisco State University. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Lean Six Sigma Training from the Lean Methods Group in 2017 and Change Leader's Roadmap Training from Being First, Inc. in 2015.
