Ali Coleman has over 12 years of work experience in operations, customer experience, and community engagement. In 2021, they began their role as Head of Operations at ClickMechanic. From 2018-2021, they worked at Catapult as Operations Director and Head of Candidate Operations (Supply). From 2016-2018, they were Head of Customer Experience and Community Engagement Manager at Tabl.
