Carolina Ventura is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in customer care, finance, and tax consultancy. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Care Executive at Click&Boat since May 2023, Carolina previously held the position of Financial Analyst at SIBS from January 2020 to March 2022 and worked as a Tax Consultant at KPMG Portugal from September 2017 to December 2019. Early in the career, Carolina gained experience as a Sales Specialist at Smart Guide. Carolina holds a Master's degree in Fashion and Luxury Business Management from GBSB Global Business School and a Licentiate degree in Corporate Finance from ISCAL-Lisbon Accounting and Business School.
