Kristina Cruz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and education. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Clever Inc. since July 2017, Kristina has held various roles including Senior Program Manager and Customer Success Program Manager, showcasing a strong background in customer support and program management. Prior to this, Kristina worked at Gompers Preparatory Academy from July 2014 to June 2017 as a Teacher on Special Assignment, where responsibilities included curriculum development, operations leadership, and administrative support. Kristina’s educational background includes a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development and Family Studies from UC San Diego.
