Casey Schlotter is a Senior Engineering Manager at Clever Inc. since May 2021, where responsibilities include fostering an inclusive team culture, coaching engineers, and leading technical projects. Prior to this, Casey served as a Software Engineering Manager at Lessonly and held various engineering roles including Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer. Casey began a career in software engineering with background as an instructor at Turing School of Software & Design and Dev Bootcamp, teaching web development and fostering student growth. Additional experience includes teaching mathematics with Teach for America, significantly improving student performance. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science and Psychology from The Ohio State University and a web development certificate from Dev Bootcamp.
