Nathan R., MBA, SHRM-CP, currently serves as Human Resources Manager at Cleveland Steel Container since August 2017, where responsibilities include managing employee relations, administering HR policies, and overseeing FMLA paperwork for 150 employees. Previously, Nathan held various HR roles at AmeriMark Direct, contributing significantly to projects such as implementing an applicant tracking system and revamping the company’s career website. Nathan’s foundational experience began as a Human Resources Intern at AmeriMark Direct LLC, where evaluations of applicant assessments helped increase hiring efficiency.
