Jeffrey Campbell is an experienced construction professional with extensive expertise in project management, preconstruction services, and client development. Currently serving as the Director of Preconstruction and Director of Client Development at Cleveland Construction, Inc. since October 2015, Jeffrey oversees all phases of estimating services, project logistics, and budget control for various construction projects, including a significant adaptive reuse project in Cleveland. Previous roles include Owner's Representative at Lendlease, where Jeffrey managed the renovation program for Extended Stay America Hotels, and Project Manager at Professional Service Industries, Inc., focusing on construction materials testing. Jeffrey's career also includes positions with Nodarse & Associates and HNTB Corporation. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Hartford.
