Tracy Peffley serves as the Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management at Cleveland Clinic, a position held since November 2013, with responsibilities including directing enterprise-wide Revenue Cycle initiatives, collaborating with Market and Institute leaders, and implementing strategies to enhance performance in a complex healthcare environment. Earlier career roles encompassed management of health information departments across various healthcare settings, complemented by a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Information Management from The Ohio State University.
