Timothy Crone, MD, MBA, currently serves as the President of Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital, overseeing operational, governance, and financial aspects while building relationships with community stakeholders. Previous roles include Chief Medical Officer, where Timothy directed hospital operations to ensure quality care and efficiency, and Medical Director of Enterprise Business Intelligence & Analytics, providing clinical oversight. Timothy's experience extends to serving as Vice Chairman of the Department of Hospital Medicine, managing strategic planning and operational performance. Earlier in Timothy's career, roles included Medical Director for Henry Ford Allegiance Hospitalist Group and a position in private practice at Lansing Internal Medicine Associates. Timothy holds an MD from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine, an MBA from Ohio University, and a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Michigan State University.
