Terri Zupancic is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in both internal and external communications, currently serving as Senior Communications Manager at Cleveland Clinic since 2007. Previously, Zupancic held the position of Vice President of Communications and Regional Vice President of Marketing and Community Relations for Cleveland Clinic's east region hospitals from 2005 to 2007 and from 1999 to 2005, respectively. Earlier career roles include Regional Director and Director of Marketing Services at Meridia Health System and various marketing communications roles at Sun Newspapers. Zupancic holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English/Communications from John Carroll University.
