Hannah Bercsik is currently serving as a Business Intelligence Coordinator for the Cleveland Browns since July 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a Data Analyst for Baldwin Wallace Women's Soccer, where skills in data manipulation and visual representation were utilized to support decision-making processes. Hannah also interned at the Erie SeaWolves, focusing on ticket sales management and dashboard development in Tableau. Earlier positions at Target and Springfield Junior/Senior High School involved customer service and ticketing, enhancing engagement and resolving issues. Currently pursuing a degree in Sport Management at Baldwin Wallace University, expected graduation in 2024, with a strong foundation in analytical tools and data visualization.
