Steve Tompos is an experienced communications and operations leader with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Managing Director of CA Communications at Cleveland Avenue since June 2023, Steve directs strategic communications, media relations, and social media initiatives. Previous roles include Head of Operations at Avail Consulting, Chief of Staff to the CEO at Gagen MacDonald, and Managing Director of Strategic Partnerships at Cleveland Avenue. A notable tenure at McDonald's included multiple senior leadership positions focused on strategic change, alignment, and communications. Steve's foundation in communication is supported by a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from The Ohio State University and a Master’s Degree in International Affairs from Ohio University. Additionally, military experience as a Captain in the Army National Guard further enhances Steve's leadership capabilities.
