Merili (Mariangela) Seale serves as the Deputy General Counsel & Managing Director at Cleveland Avenue since December 2020, following a role as Partner at Riley Safer Holmes & Cancila LLP from July 2017 to December 2020. At Riley Safer Holmes & Cancila LLP, Merili represented a diverse clientele, including consumer product manufacturers and healthcare companies, managing complex legal claims related to business relations and employment disputes. Prior to that, Merili worked at Bryan Cave LLP from September 2007 to July 2017, where responsibilities included managing litigation encompassing contract disputes and intellectual property issues. Merili's legal education includes a Juris Doctor from Notre Dame Law School and a Bachelor's Degree from Cornell University.
