Katie Tercek has extensive experience in journalism and multimedia reporting. Currently serving as an MMJ/Repo at WOIO since June 2021, Katie has also been a lifestyle blogger at the.hopscotcher since March 2017, focusing on healthy recipes, fashion, and travel. Prior roles include reporter positions at 14 WFIE and KFBB, and as a multimedia journalist and news director at SBU-TV, where Katie focused on field reporting and news production. Previous internships at WJET-TV and WICU 12News involved shadowing reporters and engaging in news editing. Katie also contributed as a student ambassador at St. Bonaventure University, leading campus tours, and gained experience as master of ceremonies during the Republican National Convention. Education includes a degree in journalism from St. Bonaventure University with a semester abroad at Bond University.
