John Reddy Peasari is a Bioinformatics Analyst currently employed at Clemson University since May 2024. Previously, John contributed to advancements in RNAi therapeutics at Sirnaomics, where key achievements included developing a Python tool for predicting siRNA sequences and applying machine learning techniques to forecast siRNA sequence potency. Prior experience includes positions at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, Saint Louis University, Donald Danforth Plant Science Center, and BhaPra BioSoulutions Pvt. Ltd, with a strong foundation in bioinformatics analysis and next-generation sequencing. John holds a Master's degree in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology from Saint Louis University and a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from Sreenidhi Institute of Science and Technology.
