Dr. Ashish Kumar Agrahari currently serves as an MK Bhan Young Researcher Fellow and Senior Project Associate at the Translational Health Science and Technology Institute, focusing on the molecular processes related to NASH disease and the atomistic details of protein interactions using computational biophysics and structural bioinformatics. Previously, Dr. Agrahari worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology, where exploration of the molecular structure of GPCR was conducted. Furthermore, a trainee role at the Institute of Genomics and Integrative Biology involved using REST API in Python to functionally annotate proteins based on natural variant information. Dr. Agrahari holds a PhD in Computational Biology and a Bachelor's degree in Bioinformatics, both from Vellore Institute of Technology.
