Ella Rae is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial management across various organizations. Currently serving as Financial Director at Clemenger BBDO since August 2023, Ella has previously held key financial roles at Hardhat and GroupM, where significant achievements included implementing client profitability reporting and streamlining financial processes. Ella's earlier experience also includes finance management at Colenso BBDO and a foundational role in a start-up environment at Ecotricity. In addition to a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Commercial Law from The University of Auckland, Ella is pursuing a CPA qualification and has demonstrated strong leadership skills through recruiting and managing finance teams throughout their career.
