Established in 1993, the business is family owned by Martin & Susan Cleaver who, along with their team, provide a wealth of local knowledge and Property Management experience. 

An approved member of ARMA, the Association of Residential Managing Agents, we provide a full Block Management service to both Leaseholders and Freeholders in the South-East of England. Based in Wokingham, we offer a high-quality Property Management service and take pride in all aspects of our business. We obtain most of our new business through personal recommendation from our existing clients.

We assign a dedicated Property Manager and Book Keeper to each site, and cap their portfolios so that service is not diluted. Your dedicated two-man team (along with our In-House Maintenance and Administration teams) will ensure that the day to day running or your property, from general maintenance to service charge collection, is undertaken with the utmost care and attention.
