Mike Neumann has a strong background in field service and customer service management. With experience working in various companies such as HUG Engineering, Aumund Corp, and Neumann Worldwide LLC, Mike's career has progressed from being a field service technician to now serving as the Director of Field & Customer Service at Cleaver-Brooks. Mike holds a BS in Process Engineering from Fachhochschule Heidelberg.
