Ruud De Mont is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at clearXperts since March 2023. Prior to this role, Ruud worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Le Grand & Associates from November 2022 to March 2023. Before that, Ruud served as a Dossierbeheerder at RSVZ - INASTI from September 2021 to November 2022. Ruud's previous experience also includes working as a Bartender at eetcafé De Brabander from March 2017 to October 2021, and as a Student Intern at Vredegerecht Lokeren from February 2021 to June 2021.
