Izabela Mazurek is a Junior Human Resources Consultant at clearXperts, with experience that includes roles as an HR coordinator at Danone, HR administrator at Tectum, and HR officer at INEOS Project One. Previous work includes an HR internship at AE, where campus recruitment and HR administrative tasks were performed. In addition, Izabela served as a guest lecturer at KU Leuven, conducting workshops on feedback, communication, and collaboration for engineering students. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a professional bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology with a focus on School and Educational Psychology from KU Leuven and Thomas More University of Applied Sciences, respectively.
