Danny Kruse is an experienced professional in vendor operations and call center management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Vendor Operations at ADT since December 2015. Prior to this role, Danny held the position of Senior Manager of Service Partner Delivery at Sprint, showcasing a commitment to service excellence from July 2013 onwards. With a strong background as Senior Vendor Manager at Clearwire, Danny was instrumental in establishing a contact center in Milton, Florida, managing a significant outsourcing model and vendor bidding process.
