Crystal Wescott has a diverse work experience that spans several companies and roles. Crystal began their career at Data Dimensions in 2013, where they worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst until 2017. Crystal then joined Hargray Communications in 2019 as a Sales & Support Specialist and later transitioned to positions of increasing responsibility, including Customer Advocacy Associate, Customer Advocacy Coach, and finally Customer Advocacy Manager. In 2022, Crystal joined Clearwave Fiber as a Senior Manager of Customer Support & Order Management and quickly advanced to the role of Director in 2023.
Crystal Wescott obtained their Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Rock County from 2014 to 2017. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications in areas such as collaborative leadership, building rapport with customers, Microsoft Teams, discovering strengths, new manager foundations, customer service, Zoom, team productivity, creating positive conversations with challenging customers, and interviewing techniques from LinkedIn in the year 2021.
