Alwynn Mellen is an experienced professional with a background in business operations and employee engagement. Currently serving as the Director of Business Operations at Clearwater Systems since June 2020, Alwynn previously held various leadership roles at InfoCision Management Corporation from January 2006 to June 2020, including Director of Onboarding and Employee Engagement, Director of Call Center Operations, Regional Director, Call Center Manager, and Call Center Supervisor. Alwynn earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Wittenberg University, completing studies from 2001 to 2005.
