Steve Howe is the Chief Technology Officer at Clearwater Benefits, a role assumed in June 2023, where expertise contributes to providing independent workers and companies with access to innovative health plans within a transparent marketplace. Prior to this, Steve worked at Onnit from December 2015 to March 2023, holding several leadership positions, including Chief Technology Officer, Vice President of Technology, and Director of Software Development, overseeing software development, strategic planning, and integrations while playing a key role during an acquisition by Unilever. Steve's earlier experience encompasses various roles at notable companies such as General Motors, Mattersight Corporation, eLoyalty, CHRISTUS St. Vincent, Christie's Great Estates, Morris Surveying Engineering, and Fort Lewis College. Steve holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Systems with a minor in Business Administration from Fort Lewis College.
