Allyson Felder

Client Success Manager at Clearspeed

Allyson Felder began their work experience at Verizon in 2010 as a Retail Sales Rep, and later transitioned to the role of Retail Sales Assistant Manager in 2011. From 2013 to 2015, they served as the National Retail Account Manager, where they acted as a liaison between the national retail "Big Box" partners and internal departments, implemented training and coaching programs, and negotiated high-traffic displays. In 2015, they became an Indirect Account Manager, cultivating client relationships and delivering targeted sales messages. Allyson remained in this role until 2023. Currently, they are the Client Success Manager at Clearspeed, where they utilize AI-enabled technology to pinpoint fraud attempts in voice conversations and enhances efficiency in follow-up procedures.

Allyson Felder obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from Penn State University, which they attended from 2019 to 2023. Prior to that, they attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania from 2000 to 2003, where they studied Communication and Media Studies. In addition to their formal education, Allyson has also obtained several certifications, including "HR as a Business Partner" from LinkedIn in March 2023, "Psychological Safety: Clear Blocks to Innovation, Collaboration, and Risk-Taking" from LinkedIn in May 2020, and "Earn The Right Sales Training Facilitation" from Verizon in September 2016.
