Tomasz Francuz has a diverse work experience in software engineering and electrical engineering. Tomasz began their career as an Embedded Software Engineer Intern at Smart Technology Group Sp. z o. o. in July 2015. Tomasz then moved on to become the Electrical Engineering Team Leader at AGH Solar Boat Team from December 2015 to November 2016. In 2017, Tomasz joined GMV as a Software Engineer, where they worked until May 2019. Tomasz then worked as a Software Engineer at the National Space Science and Technology Center from August 2019 to October 2022. Currently, they are employed at ClearSpace as a GNC Engineer starting from March 2023.

Tomasz Francuz holds a Master's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from AGH University of Science and Technology. Tomasz earned this degree from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the same university, which they pursued from 2011 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, Tomasz has also acquired additional certifications. Tomasz completed the course "Spacecraft Dynamics and Control" offered by the University of Colorado Boulder on Coursera in July 2021. Furthermore, they obtained the certification of "Certified Associate in Project Management" from the Project Management Institute in January 2021.
