Leonardo Citraro has over 13 years of work experience. From 2008-2009, they worked as an Electrician at SARIX SA and Rigatron SAGL. From 2013-2016, they worked as an Electronic Repair Technician at Meggitt PLC. In 2016, they completed an Internship Development Engineer at DOS Group, where they developed a stand-alone mobile/vehicle embedded solution for video recording, streaming, and tracking. From 2017-2022, they worked as a Research Engineer in Computer Vision at EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne). Currently, they are working as a Computer Vision Engineer at ClearSpace.

Leonardo Citraro completed a Professional Maturity Certificate from the Vocational school Bellinzona in 2008, a Bachelor of Science HES-SO in Electrical Engineering, major in Electronics from the College of Engineering and Architecture Fribourg (HES-SO) in 2013, and a Master of Science (MSc) in Systems and Signal processing from the University of Southampton in 2015.
