John M. Cussen has diverse work experience in various industries. John M. currently works at Clearspace as a Construction Manager. Prior to that, they were a Site Supervisor at Clearspace from April 2020 to December 2021. Before joining Clearspace, they worked at JMX Demolition as a Site Supervisor from October 2017 to April 2020. During their time at JMX Demolition, they oversaw large-scale projects, quoted prices for extra work, tracked billings, and carried out health and safety inspections. John M. also designed project planning boards and created files for schedule adherence. Before JMX Demolition, John worked at Onyx Demolition as an Administrative Coordinator from August 2017 to October 2017 and as an Abatement & Demolition Foreman from September 2015 to August 2017. At Onyx Demolition, they assisted with pricing and scope definition, tracked consumed hours, and managed crews. John M. also worked closely with General Contractors and interpreted job scopes and engineering drawings. John M. Cussen has also worked as a Designer at KORHANI home from December 2014 to August 2015, where they were responsible for labeling, advertising, packaging, merchandising displays, and maintaining the corporate brand. Additionally, they co-founded Neon Shark in September 2012, where they served as the Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer, and Designer until September 2014. Prior to Neon Shark, they were the Founder, Product & Graphic Designer at JO:CUdesign from August 2010 to September 2014, working across various industries. John M. also held the position of Head of Product Design & Development at the University of Limerick from March 2012 to August 2014, leading a commercialization team and securing funding for a product. John M. also served as a mentor at the Nexus Innovation Centre from September 2013 to May 2014. Finally, they gained experience as a Temporary Clerical Officer & Interim Designer at Revenue (Ireland) from January 2009 to July 2009, contributing to the design and functionality of the intra-net.

John M. Cussen obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) degree in Product Design & Technology from the University of Limerick, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. John M. then pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Interactive Media at the University of Limerick in 2011. In addition to their formal education, they obtained various certifications such as Asbestos Abatement Supervisor and Asbestos Abatement Worker from George Brown College in 2017, and Worker Health & Safety Awareness and Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) certifications from the Ontario Ministry of Labour in 2015. John also received certifications in software training, including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign from IACT International Academy of Computer Training in 2014 and HTML & CSS for Beginners and Javascript for Beginners from Udemy in 2014. John M. acquired certifications in other areas such as Human Resources Management from HRD in 2014 and Clinical Investigations of Medical Devices for Human Subject's Good Clinical Practice ISO 14155 from Molecular Medicine Ireland in 2013.
