Michael Smeal is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in web development and project management. Currently serving as a Software Engineering Manager at Clearlink since December 2018, Michael coordinates project requirements, aligns resources for engineering teams, and mentors team members while leading cross-functional teams on high-profile projects. Previously, Michael held roles as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer at Clearlink, where responsibilities included developing and maintaining technology stacks, managing GIT releases, and collaborating with various teams to enhance web presence. As the owner of Michael Smeal LLC since June 2019, additional expertise includes web development and design from previous positions at Bak USA, LocalEdge, and other companies. Michael holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interactive Media Design from Miami International University of Art and Design and an A.O.S in Information Technology with a focus on Web Development from Bryant & Stratton College.
