Michelle White has been working in the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition fields since 2009. Michelle began their career as a Human Resources Assistant at the City of Houston in 2009, followed by a Sales Associate role at Fossil Group, Inc. in 2011. In 2014, they moved to The Hawthorne Agency as a Human Resources Assistant. In 2018, they joined Ready as a Human Resources Coordinator. In 2021, they joined Levelset, a Procore Company, as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, and is currently in the same role at ClearGov since 2022.

Michelle White obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Public Relations from Southern New Hampshire University.
