Michael Stagnone

Implementation Manager at ClearGov

Michael Stagnone has worked in a variety of roles across a number of different companies. In 2022, they began working as an Implementation Manager for ClearGov. Prior to that, they worked for Cority from 2019-2022 as a Customer Success Manager, where they managed a portfolio of clients with up to $7.5M in ARR and oversaw account management. From 2015-2019, they worked for Blackbaud as a Support Specialist, where they helped troubleshoot software issues and resolve customer dissatisfaction. From 2013-2015, they worked for Citizens Bank as a Universal Banker, where they completed banking operations and cultivated customer relationships. Finally, from 2008-2013, they worked for Andrews International as an Operations Manager, where they planned, updated, and directed regular tasks and identified areas of concern.

Michael Stagnone attended Endicott College from 2003-2004, where they studied English. Michael then went on to the University of New Hampshire (UNH) from 2005-2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in English.
