Caly Meyers-Mixa, PhD, SHRM-SCP, is the Vice President of Human Resources at Clearbrook, a position held since 2023. They previously served as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition and Compensation at Elgin Community College from 2022 to 2023 and were the Human Resource and Volunteer Manager at Wellness House from 2016 to 2022. Caly began their career as a Behavioral Health Counselor at The Association for Individual Development from 2011 to 2012 while holding a BA in Psychology from Illinois Wesleyan University, obtained in 2009. Throughout their career, Caly has focused on talent acquisition, staff development, and community engagement.
