Jenn (Drum) McArt, CTSM has had diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jenn started their career at MUCC camp for kids as a Counselor, where they developed and taught outdoor curriculum to children. Jenn then joined the Office of Student Activities and Involvement as a Homecoming Co-Chair and later worked at the Leadership Institute as an Alpha Leadership Experience Coordinator and Competition Day Chair. At Central Michigan University, they served as a Leadership Institute Office Assistant, providing customer service and executing office duties. Jenn also worked at Student Disability Services as a Tutor/Proctor.

Jenn later joined Leadership Safari as a Staff Selection Staff Assistant, training staff members and supporting volunteers to provide a successful conference experience. Jenn also worked at Engineering For Kids as a Lead Teacher, facilitating STEM discussions and implementing curriculum. At Alpha Gamma Delta, they served as an Extension Specialist, traveling to present and facilitate expansion and recruitment events.

Most recently, Jenn worked at Clear Touch as Director of Marketing & Events, where they managed marketing teams, executed corporate events, and project managed marketing collateral. Prior to this role, they held the positions of Marketing Manager and Event Manager at the same company, leading marketing and event initiatives.

Jenn's work experience showcases their expertise in event planning and execution, marketing management, team coordination, curriculum development, and customer service. Their roles have allowed their to build strong skills in project management, team leadership, and relationship building.

Jenn (Drum) McArt, CTSM completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication from Central Michigan University from 2011 to 2015. Jenn also obtained a Bachelor of Applied Art degree in Communication from the same university during the same period. In addition to their formal education, they have received various certifications from LinkedIn, including B2B Marketing on LinkedIn, Shopify Essential Training, Embracing Unexpected Change, Improving Employee Performance, Learn LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Sales Prospecting. These certifications were obtained in 2020.
