Kirtley James is an experienced Information Technology professional with a career spanning over 15 years at Clear Harbor. Starting as a Desktop IT and Senior IT Technician from 2007 to 2010, Kirtley progressed to the role of Network Manager from 2011 to 2014, where responsibilities included hiring, training, and managing staff while overseeing the implementation of network systems. Currently serving as the Information Technology Manager since June 2014, Kirtley focuses on providing effective issue resolutions and maintaining a flexible schedule to address emergencies. Additionally, Kirtley has experience as a Computer Maintenance Instructor for the Dominica Government Youth Division, where skills in diagnosing hardware issues were developed. Kirtley holds an Associate's degree in Mathematics from Clifton Dupigny Community College, obtained between 1995 and 1997.
