Matt Downing serves as Vice President and General Manager at ClearPave, LLC, a position held since July 2012. In addition, Matt is a Partner at Clear Companies, a role accepted in August 2021. Matt Downing earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from the University of Houston-Downtown, where studies were completed from 2003 to 2005, following education at Wharton County Junior College from 2001 to 2003.
