Serina Goss, MS, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of HR at Cleanleaf Energy since July 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Manager of HR at Borrego and Human Resources Consultant at Duke Energy Corporation from January 2021 to July 2021. Serina has held various HR positions at REC Solar, including Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Generalist, and spent over 16 years at Micada, Inc. in roles ranging from Human Resources Manager to Sales & Customer Service Associate. Education includes a Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University (2016-2018) and ongoing studies toward a Master of Business Administration. Additionally, Serina earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
