Derek Salama is an experienced product leader with a strong background in AI and marketplace optimization. Currently serving as Head of Product at Cleanlab since September 2024, Derek previously held the position of Principal Product Manager at Tecton, where contributions included shaping the Feature Store category for leading enterprises. Prior roles include Senior Product Manager and Product Manager at Lyft, where launching AI-driven initiatives enhanced marketplace efficiency, and Product Manager at Google, where efforts in Search Ads Personalization resulted in significant revenue growth. Additionally, Derek's early experience includes a software engineering internship at Google. Derek holds a BA in Computer Science from Dartmouth College.
