John Burrows is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the energy and resources sector. Currently serving as Group Manager of Renewable Energy & Resources at CleanCo Queensland since August 2019, John leads a team focused on commercial negotiations, procurement, and management of renewable energy portfolios. Previously, John held multiple roles at Stanwell Corporation Limited, including Commercial Manager of Energy Resources and Gas Resources Manager, where responsibilities included resource portfolio management and optimizing supply for power generation. Additional experience includes positions at CS Energy, Ranbury Management Group, Queensland Power Trading Corporation, Energex, and QR National, showcasing a strong background in business development, gas trading, and project management. John holds degrees in Business Management and Logistics from Griffith University, Monash University, and La Trobe University.
