Danilo Damilano

CIO/CISO/Founding Engineer at CleanCloud

Danilo Damilano has a diverse work experience spanning several positions and companies. Danilo started their career at CPqD as a Technical Level Intern in May 2004, eventually progressing to roles such as Software Developer and System Analyst. During their time at CPqD, they played a significant role in various projects, including migrating the optic fiber solution from C to Java, implementing continuous integration, designing and implementing the module of measures in the fiber optic solution, and improving the integration process by implementing Maven and migrating configuration management from Clearcase to Subversion. Danilo also installed and configured production and testing environments, executed deployment continuously, and maintained solutions both on-premises and in the cloud. Additionally, they used a wide range of technologies and tools such as Java, Swing, JUnit, Eclipse, Maven, Tomcat, Oracle, SQL, Jenkins, Google Maps, AWS, and more. In 2017, they joined CleanCloud as a Founding Engineer and System Architect before assuming the role of CIO/CISO/Founding Engineer in May 2021.

Danilo Damilano has a diverse education history. In 2016, they attended Griffith College Cork and completed an advanced course in English as a second language. From 2014 to 2015, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at Ecossistema Inova, with a specialization in Trends & Innovation.

Prior to that, Danilo studied at Universidade Estadual Paulista JĂșlio de Mesquita Filho from 2005 to 2009, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. And from 2001 to 2003, they attended ColĂ©gio TĂ©cnico de Limeira - Cotil - Unicamp, where they completed their high school education with a focus on Computer Software Technology/Technician.

In addition to their formal education, Danilo has obtained certain certifications. In April 2019, they completed the "Cybersecurity for Business" certification from Coursera. Furthermore, in December 2018, they obtained the "How Google does Machine Learning" certification, also from Coursera.
