Timmery Fitzpatrick is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in environmental law. Since June 2008, Timmery has served as Assistant General Counsel and Senior Environmental Attorney at Clean Harbors, where responsibilities include providing legal guidance on environmental liabilities, negotiating with government agencies at Superfund sites, managing outside counsel, and assisting with regulatory compliance and permitting processes. Earlier experience includes a legal internship at the Connecticut River Watershed Council, Inc. Timmery holds a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources from Cornell University and a Juris Doctor from Western New England University School of Law.
