Misty Hughes has over 16 years of experience in billing and operations within the finance and hospitality sectors. Since November 2007, Misty has served as a Senior Billing Specialist at CLC Lodging, where responsibilities have included managing billing processes and ensuring customer satisfaction. Prior to this role, Misty held the position of Senior Lead Operation Specialist at JPMorgan Chase from July 2006 to November 2007, where expertise in operational support was developed.
