Prior to this role, Eileen worked at Extended Stay Hotels from June 1997 to September 2013 as the Regional Director of Operations for South Florida, overseeing operational efficiencies and team performance. Eileen holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Niagara University, obtained from 1990 to 1994, and a High School Diploma from the Academy of the Holy Names, completed in 1990.
